Dr. Cassidy accepts Medicare, therefore, the 20% co-payment is required at the time of service.  If you have a "Medigap" policy, then Medicare transfers the claims to that policy, which then pays us directly.

• Medicare
• Freedom (Medicare/Medicaid effective after January 1, 2014)

We also will work with most other insurance companies, providing that you have out-of-network benefits. Please talk to one of our insurance specialists.

If we participate with your insurance company, you will be responsible at the time of service for any co-payment, co-insurance, or deductible amount.

If we do not participate with your insurance company, full payment is expected at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks or credit/debit cards. As a courtesy we will file all physician, hospital and surgical charges.
